In the centre of Geneva you can navigate yourself around the harbour thanks to the 'Mouettes genevoises' - the small shuttle boats which take you from one side of the lake to the other.
As well as being able to use Geneva public transport to cross from one quay to another, you can also hire the magnificent sailing boat the Neptune (reservation necessary).
